It is a new type of large-scale computerized pattern machine with
sewing range: 500 mm*400 mm. It can sew complex patterns with fast
sewing speed. The use of a double-sized rotary hook reduces
frequent replacement of the bottom thread, saves labor costs and
improves production efficiency. This machine is equipped with a USB
memory disk, which can store up to 999 patterns, and each pattern
can store 20000 stitches. E section and G section are optional
(optional power distribution control system: Dahao
integrated/split; Shangyiof integrated/split).

Machine advantage
15mm super wide double guide rail in Y direction, double
synchronous belt drive. X-axis direction rack and guide rail drive,
the rack is powerful, the guide rail is accurate, and the feeding
is more precise and powerful.
The Y-direction support arm is perfectly connected with the X-axis
direction main motor, driven by a 20mm widened guide rail to ensure
smooth feeding operation.
